Thirsty Thursday?

That's at least how I felt waking up this morning. Since I tend to exercise later in the evening, I can't seem to find a good balance between "drinking so much that I wake up to pee at 3 am" and "dying of thirst in the morning". I think the answer is just going to be to work out earlier, I just don't wanna :(

So yesterday finished off with a snack of yougurt and a clemantine, dinner of whole wheat pasta, chicken, and veggies with the mama, an after shopping meal of chicken soup and two lite bologna sandwiches, and then an after work out protein drink.

Let me just tell you about my protein drinks. I generally have to make a shake out of mine with milk, banana, ice etc. So the boy tells me yesterday to just try mixing it with milk yesterday like he does. FOULEST THING EVER!!! Let's just say I'll be sticking to my version from now on...
