So yesterdays lunch was two sandwiches with lite multigrain bread and lite bologna, cup of soup (in the pirate mug) and some elixar of life (Galliker's diet tea)

For supper I had a giant salad with spinach, cucumber, green pepper and fat free Italian dressing, followed by a bowl of awesome turkey chili with chickpeas and kidney beans.
After supper settled a bit, I queued up the iPhone and settled in for an elliptical ride. Normally I do two miles and quit, but the music was jazzing me last night, so I completed 3 miles on #4 intensity in 19:39! My best time by far since beginning three weeks ago...woot!
Brekkie was again boring today -a banana with a string cheese follow up. I will get back into my oatmeal habit again, as soon as I get back to my regular sleep schedule and can actually wake up early enough to!

Lunch today (curtesy of the nom nom bag) is once again bologna sandwiches (with spinach this time) and a cheddar/mozerella string cheese. Dont let the tea bottle fool you, it's actually OJ masquerading as my beloved tea :( I also threw a yogurt in there in case I got hungry in the afternoon, but I think I'll be headed home well before then thanks to this nasty storm headed our way.
