
Backing up at little...
Brekkie - coffee, half n half, sugar (x2)
Snack - none
Lunch - two turkey and spinach sandwiches, two packs of cup o soup
Snack- two turkey dogs and Italian ice
Dinner- a plethora of healthy goodie we prepared including a fruit salad with no artificial syrups, veggies, baked chips, lite dip, nearly fat free buffalo chicken dip, and turkey-soy dogs in saurcraut. Nummy!

I really debated about taking tonight off exercise wise, but in the end decided at least to do my two-miles (at #5 intensity) and even though I was tired and it kicked my ass, I'm so glad I did.
